Organizational Status

F3 Brazil Foundation is organized as a nonprofit corporation in the United States and operates exclusively for charitable purposes, including healthcare assistance, medicine distribution, and the development of a philanthropic hospital project in Brazil.

The Foundation’s administration, financial management, and governance are conducted in the United States.

Tax-Exempt Status (IRS)

The Foundation has applied for recognition of tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

Until such determination is issued by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), no representation is made that contributions are tax-deductible.
If and when tax-exempt status is approved, contributions may become tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.


Private Benefit & Inurement Prohibition

The Foundation is not organized or operated for the benefit of private interests, and no part of its net earnings shall inure to the benefit of any private shareholder, officer, director, or individual.

F3 Brazil Foundation does not engage in excess benefit transactions with any individual who has substantial influence over the organization.

If an excess benefit transaction were to occur, excise taxes may be imposed on the individual receiving the benefit and on any organizational managers who knowingly approved such transaction, as provided by law.


Independent & Nonpartisan Operation

F3 Brazil Foundation is a nonpartisan and independent nonprofit organization.

  • We do not endorse, support, or oppose political parties, candidates, or elected officials

  • We do not accept political funding, sponsorships, or political influence

  • All decisions are guided exclusively by humanitarian and healthcare needs

This independence ensures ethical operations and protects the integrity of our mission.

  • Donations are processed securely through third-party providers such as PayPal
